Your mission
  • Drives revenue and profitability for the business unit Compliant Solutions: proactively generating and evaluating new leads, develop opportunities, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Develops and implements account plans to accelerate market penetration for new and existing clients.
  • Consults clients to enable automation and digitalization throughout their organization.
  • Establishes customer fit and drives business proposals through alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Translates strategies to local tactics and actions considering a strong understanding of the product portfolio.
  • Understands existing relationships, business to date, and competitive landscape.
  • Builds, develops, and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Presents Chemspeed’s solutions at conferences and fairs.
  • Travel requirement up to 30%.

Your profile
  • MSc in life sciences; at least 5 years of sales experience is required.
  • A proven track record of capital sales with deals valued 0.3 - 10 MUSD, preferably targeting pharmaceutical quality control.
  • Independent and customer-focused personality, technically knowledgeable, consultative, resourceful, organized, and an effective negotiator.
  • Experience with highly regulated (GMP) environments and lab automation highly desired.
  • Revenue-driven, with an innate streak for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to communicate and inspire change at senior level customer leadership.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to function efficiently in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Good experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in English
