​Become part of an exciting opportunity and join our team as QA Manager at our Headquarters in Füllinsdorf. In this role, you own all quality related responsibilities relating to projects and services for Compliant Solutions.
What is this position about?
​The Business Unit “Compliant Solutions” serves the pharmaceutical industry with automation specifically designed for the regulated space. Together with our customers, we design and build compliance-ready workflow solutions for use under GxP. We combine 20 years of experience in lab automation with class-leading software to enable digitalization throughout the organization and make pharma faster and better.
Your mission
  • Execution and management of all QA-related activities for Chemspeed’s Compliant Solutions
  • Compiling, reviewing, and releasing Qualification Documents (URS, Qualification Plan & Report, IQ/OQ/PQ Reports and more) as also supporting and approving quality risk analyses
  • Representing qualification topics during customer audits and regulatory inspections
  • Supporting our customer-facing teams with quality-related enquiries and requirements
  • Provide software validation consulting services to customers as needed to accelerate the software rollout processes
  • Training of Chemspeed staff on compliance-related topics (GxP, 21CFR Part11, GAMP5, etc.)
  • Performs assessments for all product-related changes, assesses relevance to regulatory filings, decides to implement  and provide change controls for approval to customers where required
  • Identifies emerging QA-relevant topics, communicates to the organization, and works actively on their development into new or already established Quality and Compliance strategies and/or standards
Your profile

  • Bachelor, Master degree or PhD in chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desired
  • Significant experience in regulated environments; preferable in a role within a Quality Unit
  • Broad knowledge in qualification of lab equipment and systems
  • Ability to oversee project execution to identify non-compliance from quality standards. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude, open-minded for new ideas and suggestions. Agile, highly motivated, and dynamic drive
