What is this position about?
The Business Unit “Compliant Solutions” serves the pharmaceutical industry with automation specifically designed for the regulated space. Together with our customers, we design and build compliance-ready automation for use under GxP. With 20 years of experience and class-leading software we enable digitalization throughout the organization and make pharma faster and better.
 
We’re growing quickly and look for a colleague in our Headquarters in Füllinsdorf. In this role you will lead the realization of tomorrow’s fascinating and innovative workflow solutions.
 
Your mission
  • Execute complex customer projects and internal product developments.
  • Leading cross-functional teams within Chemspeed with a focus on workflow automation in regulated laboratories. 
  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for project realization in time, quality, and budget.
  • Staying in close alignment with customers to define specifications, qualification criteria, and acceptance tests. 
  • Planning and optimization of the required resources with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Supporting the conception and development of new Chemspeed products within a team of highly skilled experts.
Your profile
  • University degree in engineering (FH, HTL, or ETH), preferred specialization in mechanical, electrical or systems engineering, automation technology or mechatronics.
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience with GxP will be preferred
  • Conscientious personality with a keen sense for quality, enthusiasm about technology and innovation.
  • Independent and proactive problem solver with drive. Takes initiative and feels comfortable working in international and cross-functional teams.
